CALL FOR REVIEWERS Rock & Sling seeks qualified reviewers of books, films, and music. Most reviews are assigned, but we welcome queries from reviewers once they are established with Rock & Sling. For assigned reviews, Rock & Sling provides the book, CD, or DVD. At this time, as a nonprofit organization, we lack funding for cash payments. Reviewers, like other contributors, are paid in copies and benefit from the exposure Rock & Sling brings them. Please read Our Vision before applying. Books, music and films selected for review will have some connection to Christianity. Regardless of their own spiritual leanings, reviewers must be able to address the artistic, cultural, and religious or spiritual aspects of the work under consideration. Most often, reviews will feature works outside of, or bordering, the popular markets. To apply to be on our reviewers list: Send a résumé of your publications and other pertinent experience to editors@rockandsling.org. Our preferred format is Microsoft Word. If this format is not available to you, please use Rich Text Format (RTF). Please provide full contact information in the body of your email. Subject line should read: Reviewer Application. If we are interested, we'll request clips and/or a sample review of 500 words to evaluate your writing skills.
